Mike Niloff is responsible for business development at Great Lakes Industrial Environmental Construction, helping lead strategic operations and business growth across the company’s environmental and industrial service divisions. With extensive experience in senior leadership and a strong focus on performance and client satisfaction, he supports GLIEC’s mission to deliver safe, efficient, and responsive solutions across diverse project environments.
Mike Fitzpatrick
Mike Fitzpatrick is Senior Project Manager responsible for Business Development at Great Lakes Industrial Environmental Construction, where he leads and coordinates complex environmental and industrial service projects with a focus on safety, efficiency, and successful delivery. With a strong background in project leadership and field operations, Mike helps ensure workstreams align with client expectations and company performance goals. Prior to his current role, he held progressive operational roles that deepen his expertise in planning and execution across diverse project environments.
Tylor Torres-Regnier
Tylor serves as General Manager at Great Lakes Industrial Environmental Construction, overseeing multi-regional environmental and industrial operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and profitability. With a BASc in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University Northwest, he brings a strong technical and operational foundation to project execution, logistics, and performance-driven leadership.
